This Statement of Work ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Zelaya Risk ("Consultant") and Smith & Associates Law Group ("Client").

1. Scope of Work

Conduct asset tracing, corporate veil analysis, and OSINT financial intelligence on target entity.

2. Financial Engagement

Services are rendered on a flat-fee basis. Client agrees to pay the non-refundable sum of $15,000.00 prior to commencement. Fee covers analytical objectives defined within Section 1.

3. Scope Containment & No Guarantee

Work is strictly limited to the parameters defined above. Consultant provides objective technical intelligence. Consultant expressly does not guarantee specific asset recovery or court outcomes.

4. Independent Contractor Status

Zelaya Risk is a technical risk advisory firm and not a law firm. No attorney-client privilege is created.
